An alumna of the Department of Social Work at Stella Maris College, Dr. M. Sudha currently serves as the Head of the Postgraduate Department of Social Work at Mar Gregorios College of Arts & Science. With over two decades of experience in the field of social work since 1998, she has been deeply committed to empowering adolescents, promoting mental health, and advocating for youth and transgender communities.

Dr. Sudha’s extensive career spans roles in counselling, community development, and organizational welfare. Her professional work primarily focuses on employee welfare, with a strong emphasis on addressing the needs and empowerment of women.

A dedicated researcher, she actively explores issues concerning children, youth, and marginalized communities, with a particular interest in mental health, workplace safety, and skill development. She has collaborated with various organizations to design and implement programs that promote holistic well-being and sustainable growth, both at the individual and community levels.

Ms.R.Harini holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work from Christ College of Arts & Science and has been contributing to the field of social work since 2019. She currently works at Sakura Autoparts India Pvt. Ltd., where her focus areas include employee welfare, workplace safety, and mental health. With her extensive experience, she actively advocates for creating inclusive and supportive work environments, addressing employee needs, and promoting holistic well-being.

In addition to her professional role, Ms.Harini is passionate about empowering marginalized communities; including adolescents, women, and youth, while also fostering initiatives that prioritize mental health awareness and support systems in both organizational and social contexts.
